Alexis Institute is an educational organization under the aegis of Alexis Foundation. It conducts various Certificate Courses, Summer, Winter, and Autumn Schools.
Currently, the programmes offered by the Institute are as follows:
1. Certificate Course on Research Methodology
The course Structure aims to impart research skills and improve the quality of research work. It is designed in a way that the learning of Research Methodology can move from Mugging up syndrome to fun-practical method; from a teaching process to an experimental process, from memorizing to brainstorming, from clearing the examination to feedback learning, from knowledge transfer to knowledge creation, from competitive learning to collaborative learning. The objective of this course to pay attention to the most important dimension of Research i.e. Research Methodology. It will enable the Researchers to develop the most appropriate methodology for their Research Studies.
2. Certificate Course on Public Accountability
It is the first ever of its kind course in India. The objective of the Course is to increase awareness about the Impact of Values on Sustainability, Inclusive Leadership and Community Building. This modular Public Accountability course helps in developing managerial performance. This course covers Public and Organizational Leadership, Strategy Formulation, Human Resources Administration, Advocacy, Budget Administration, Civic and International Laws, Human Rights, Democracy, Peace Studies, and Socioeconomic Development.
3. Right to Information Certificate Programme
This Online Certificate Programme gives you flexibility to learn about RTI at your own pace from any part of the world. The programme has three modules: Understanding the RTI Legislation in India, Understanding Right to Information/Freedom of Information in Global Scenario and Drafting an RTI Application.
